Year 1616 is a milestone in astronomy. The evolution of space/time life components resulted in Base 16 hexadecimal SPACE and Base 16 hexadecimal TIME.

Nature's  BASE 16 project started in year 1600; the astronomy/ astrophysics galactic computer systems project started in year 1610. In year 1616 the galactic computer system project was titled: GALILEO the DEFENDER in honor of his position as an intellectual military general in the MILKY WAY galactic WAR. Thus we se the Russian Army in base 16 HEX region. The Computer Earth system 370 geography signal is the mountain RANGE of Afghanistan. . Therefore, translating this into symbolic language for Russian mathematics we have a type of math RANGE or bandwidth.

The Russian ARMY was in geography Base 16 HEX area AF = AFghanistan.
Specifically, the Russsian ARMY physical presence in AFGHANISTAN with physical iron tanks and aircraft and their physical movements ....... spelled out the math equation important to Russian math, geology , computer scientists, astronomy, and astrophysics.
