Let's look at some modern Margaret Mead applications .....that is nuclear families ..... using the periodic atomic table families and their extensions into .... molecular cell biology structures. These technical structures are studied and described by atomic, bio-physics humanoids at California universities.
Here ...we shall take that information...and see how these molecular cell biology structures express social sciences messages and thoughts ....... such a molecular anger, etc ...... which may get amplified to human size and expressed VIA human agents in violence format .... ..resulting in some tragic event such as UTOEYA .... which can be perceived as Nature's molecular ....social engineering...feedback ERROR signal.
Einstein's theory of relative sizes and viewing positions .....allows us to think of some humans ......as output expressors for more basic levels of existence as atoms and molecules.
For example, in year 1980, the brain electrons in the United States made a Carl Jung atomic electron collective unconscious decision to send a message to the conscious level of expression....this was achieved by the symbolic word command....of brain electron bio-computer instructions ......

NO activates the soluble isoform of guanylate cyclase (sGC) which leads to the synthesis of guanosine 3':5'-cyclic monophosphate, (cGMP) in a target cell. sGC
uses a heme cofactor to trap NO.
The immune system, on the other hand, uses NO to kill or inhibit the growth of pathogens. NO is made by the enzyme nitric oxide synthase(NOS). In signaling constitutive isoforms of NOS controlled by calcium and calmodulin are responsible for synthesizing NO wheres in killing, an inducible isoform is utilized.

The human body, much like a computer, contains myriad data processors. Not long ago in Japan, children watching television cartoons were subjected to pulsating lights that caused seizures in some and made others very sick. .......
An entirely new arsenal of weapons, based on devices designed to introduce subliminal messages or to alter the body's psychological and data-processing capabilities, might be used to incapacitate individuals. These weapons aim to control or alter the psyche, or to attack the various sensory and data-processing systems of the human organism. In both cases, the goal is to confuse or destroy the signals that normally keep the body in equilibrium.

Let's look at the evolution of the bio-computer WAR ...as predicted by the 1998 articles. What is the year 2012 status of these subtle, not obvious, hidden wars in society. Let's outline some factors.
1) the human bio-computer system has existed for thousands of years ..... and includes the blood and its data processing abilities.
